If you have received a product that is not what you ordered or that is not usable due to faulty workmanship, we will happily refund or exchange this for you.

Please email us at to arrange for the product to be returned to us with no postage costs incurred by you.

These products must be returned within 14 days. The product must be unused and with original packaging

We do not refund if you change your mind. We will happily exchange the item for you, but postage to return the original product will be at your cost.

We do not refund or exchange on sale items.

If your purchase is from one of our stockists and not directly from Skeddadle, you are required to return the item back to the original place of purchase along with your proof of purchase. The storeowner may at their discretion choose to replace or return the item in question subject to their internal returns policy.
